Refund Eligibility:

We guarantee the quality and accuracy of our water testing services. If you believe there was an error or issue with the analysis results, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your test report. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, provide a full or partial refund.

Non-refundable Services:

Any services that have already been performed and results provided cannot be refunded after the 14-day period, except in cases of proven error on our part.

Customers may pick-up their kit and drop off after sampling at our offices free of charge.

For customers requiring shipping of kits and pre-paid return this service is available for a standard $20 fee.
