Title V requires Coliform, as well as Nitrate Nitrogen & Ammonia Nitrogen (both have a 5 ppm limit)
Customers may pick-up their kit and drop off after sampling at our offices free of charge.
For customers requiring shipping of kits and pre-paid return this service is available for a standard $30 fee.
A Sampling Service by the Laboratory is available at additional charge. Please request information on that Service before purchase.
Some Town's Board of Health allow self-collection of Water samples as long as you fill in the Chain of Custody Form included in the Kit. Other towns require an independent operator to collect the sample and follow a stricter Chain of Custody. We suggest that you call the health department in the town where your property is located. Ask if they accept homeowner-collected well samples for Title 5 compliance. If they require an independent operator to collect the sample, then you will need to add a Sampling Fee to your order, and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the sample.
